Useful for blocking FastWeaponSwitch Bug in 1on1 games where TW is useless. All Fast Weapon Switch binds will work just as Normal Weapon Switch binds.

Installation:
Choose one of these.
-As a ServerActor:
  Copy the AntiTW.u to your System dir and add the below line to the [Engine.GameEngine] section of UT.ini.

  ServerActors=AntiFWS.Anti

-As a Mutator:
  Copy the AntiTW.int and AntiTW.u to your System dir. Now you should see AntiTW in your mutator menus. You can also add it your server's startup script. For example:
