I'm curious if someone knows something about making mutators..

I really like making my own funny but easy to start mutator in UT script..

Can someone make or post a toturail?! For Tactical ops is cool too. Because i play both games!!
I have readed the helios hook toturail helped me alot with code things and so.. but i don't want to make cheats i want to make a funny mutator..
