This mutator allows users to buy monsters and
items with Monster Money that is earned while
playing the game.

Monsters (and items) can be purchased via the
in game Monster Vendor Window or via Hot Keys.

Monster Money is earned by fragging opponents
and killing monsters.  In CTF games it can
also be earned by capturing the flag, fragging
the opposing team's flag carrier, and
returning your flag.

Monster Vendor can be configured via UT's Mod
Menu or in game, via the Monster Vendor
Purchase Window. 

Admins can also configure the Monster Vendor
settings on the fly via the Admin tab which
appears only to admins on the Monster Vendor
Purchase Window.
