Is it same as UT99 (USCRIPT)?

No, now we are using the C ++ language, howerver, not much different from USript.

Is it easy to code with?

Definitely the tool on Unreal Engine 4, but there are also other programs coding that allow you to create mods for this the particular game (VS, etc...)

I would like to code hacks for it! Since none are available yet!

Not exactly, there are already available the payment hack ..by Anelok, but nothing spectacular, only exploits..

I do not play more in these platforms (Unreal Engine 1; TO: AoT & UT99), I think I will try to extract something from my old HDD and I'll try to posting here... I hope to find my HDD  ;)

I think this is a simply connect to a proxy to change IP to have a species as anti ban, I have not read the source code but from the title i conclude that serve for this....

I intend to install the Game & HH in VM... or you should create a .dll (for W8.1 x64) for HH 4.4 and compress all, in the next few days I'll try

I hope you have just installed a virtual machine :) However I will try to download the version 8.1 to find an efficient way to run HelioS-Hook 4.4 on that OS..Then I post the stable solution on this site.

Yep! Me too (in Windows 8 ) ..the error 0xc00007b usually appears in your 8.1 version with the message “the application was unable to start correctly”. This issue mainly happens when you try to run HelioS-Hook 4.4 that are not compatible with the version of Windows 8.1.
The HH 4.4 that you can running on a 32-bit platform operating system and some application that only work on a 64-bit operating system and that is why you get this error message. If the application is not compatible with your operating system then you will most likely get the 0xc000... errore man. you will need to take is to reinstall the .NET framework with the latest version available band unpdate your 8.1 version.
I would recommend using previous versions of HelioS-Hook (3.2/4.2/4.3 ....with me working)

I'm sorry, but I think this is a Mod/Cheat for Unreal Tournament, and I do not play more years in this game.
I heard about the 7.5 ...but not more.

Why can't I see Tactical Ops servers anymore?
You can't see the servers anymore because the main masterserver used on this game has been shutdown. In order to see servers again you must change the default masterserver to another one. You can do it by changing some settings in your TacticalOps.ini, or either your windows' host file. But let's go with the first one now.

The following configuration will allow you to see again the active server in your game browser.

So let's get started and open your TacticalOps.ini located in the System folder where you installed the game.

Open it and search for [UBrowserAll] section and add the following lines:

Now wou will be able to see all UT99 servers, and TO ones aswell.

But in case you want to see only the TO ones, you must changes others settings;

Open the UBrowser.int located on your system folder and add this line:

Now open your TacticalOps.ini:

search again for

   and add

Fill 'X' with a number of a empty line.

Then add this new section after the whole [UBrowser.UBrowserMainClientWindow] section

In this case with TO340 you will only receive Tactical Ops 3.4.0 servers, in case you want to see servers of other versions you should change TO340 to one of these:

s_SWAT for all versions under the 3.4.0 (so 1.6, 2.2.0, 3.1.9, 3.3.2 etc.)
TO350 for TacticalOps 3.5.0
