Anybody know how to remove Smoke of the flak?
But, I need "HighDetailActors=True"

My big laptop broke, I cannot test. But I am getting a NEW Windows 8.1 machine soon...

BUT if you got new fix, share. Too I am searching to remove the flash of minigun (pic example: (http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sab6qSxMa3Q/TMmhyCHSlJI/AAAAAAAAABw/66g12NO6z_w/s1600/ut-minigun.jpg)) I am talking about flash of minigun of the enemies. no my minigun, I use hidden weapon xD but when enemies spam shots in my face my fps go down!
