Now Unreal Tournament is free.
You can download the game on .. www.unrealtournament.com.. Or u need download the Unreal Engine 4, too have the game (is free)

Unlike the other series (99, 3 etc...), it will be completely free and developed through crowdsourcing...

So, UT "4" is free, but not free-to-play. There will be the opportunity to have a marketplace where developers, modders and gamers will be able to offer, buy and sell mods and content. Proceeds (the marketplace) will be divided between the creators of the object and Epic.
