I see this beatiful cheat https://www.utcheats.net/premium-undetected-cheats/loquebot-for-unrealtournament-99/ but is only for ut99,, nothing for tactical ops  :( and noname is not avalaible for toaot!! 

why no make cheat for this wonderful game??

Regarding your question, don't make the mistake of comparing TO with UT99, they may have the same game engine but if you did play both games you would know that those two games are two different worlds, with different playerbase. So don't expect anything for it.

and if there no player base  why are u still publishing cheats for a game that u consider dead then??  cmon dude be serious
and btw there are 40+ active servers with players and mixwars everyday so i don't really know what u talking about

This is not really an argument... but I understad your frustration.
I publish cheats whenever I find them in my hdd, so you have no point. And creating and publishing cheats are two different things, you can't ask to create a cheat for then mask it up like its only publishing. Again, don't compare apples with eggs.

There can even be 100 servers, but what's the point if then all the players just concentrate in only one with and the maximum that occasionally reach 30, like they do?

Then why even considering such idea when the only servers that run ACE are just some bad-manually-configurated latin ones, in which you can easly (w/ the cheats provided here) connect without that ACE(08h) even checks you! And the remaining ones are ALL vulnerable. This just to give you the idea of what kind of people are running those servers.
