How do you changing team while you are joining/join on the server?

I'd like to know if there is a hack for tactical ops team who make change immediately, or when I connect to a server get redirected directly to a team without clicking anything... I have seen many players who did this but I do not know how they did it.
Because, to spawn, toss a grenade, the instantly switch teams?

Thank's (if you know some script that can do that is not a problem) :)

Sounds like a KEYBIND.

I don't do keybinds at all but I guarantee one or two other users HERE can help.

I do not think there is or a keybind like that, but I think needs to change the system console of the game or a cheats (which exists because in many players use)  :)
