How to bypass TOST with an hacked System?

I mean... how to make stealth the files (e.g system's mods) during the check

You need cracked TOST. I dont think so it's exists. It's not available here. Anyw why dont you use public available cheat? I think all of them bypass TOST without problem.

In fact this is a public cheat, but TOST detect it and alwyas kicks me, no matter what i do.. These are a .u and .int file and I didn't even activated them

I think I should have the files to do what you're saying somewhere in my hdd. If so, you'll soon see them in the cheat's section.
