Coding stuff for TO3.4

TO has protected the files so that they cannot be recompiled. (and mods cannot be compiled as well).
Is there some SDK available to get around this?

You could use UT99 native SDK (public headers) to code the cheat. Take a look here https://www.utcheats.net/tutorials-12/
