I tested on TO 3.4 and it run fine, on older versions like 3.1 prolly the game will crash the cheat work in all versions.
If the game version that you're using is the 3.4 and you still having this issue, please supply the error message that you got.

James, Are you playing 3.40, or 3.50? Like Q said, it only works on 3.50.

Well, now I'll tell you the steps to inject the cheat into the game without problems.
* Extract the files from the archive and put them wherever you want (for avoids a easy detection don't put them into the game folder).
* Start the loader 'uTo Stealth.exe'.
* In the dialog window, search and select the DLL (Evilhook.dll), then select the Tactical Ops option.
* Press 'Inject' and start 'TacticalOps.exe'.
Note:
* When you're done using it, the process will remain active until the pc shutdown, end it through TaskManager (Taskmgr.exe)
* DO NOT select any option of the Loader State (Load Sealth or Auto Exit Loader).
